1.  Will you pick up my computer for free?
 
We will pick up at no charge to you for qualified loads depending on the location, drive time and other factors.  Please call (505) 990-3732 to find out if your load qualifies.
 
2.  Will you pick up my TV for free?
 
There is a nominal disposal fee for acceptance of TVs and additional fees apply for collection of TVs.
 
3.  Can I drop off my computer and TV at your location?
 
Yes, during our hours of operation, Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.  Please do not leave items unattended.   
 
4.  Do you wipe the hard drive?
 
Yes, hard drives are wiped with a DoD overwrite process and are physically destroyed.  We provide a Certificate of Disposal following the procedure upon request.  
 
5.  Do you participate in local and state recycling drives?
 
Yes, we are always happy to accommodate any efforts toward collection of the items listed on our Services page.  Please call (505) 990-3732 to schedule an e-waste recycling drive in your area.
 
6.  Will you do pick up collections for businesses? 
 
Yes, we will schedule collections for businesses, hospitals, schools, government offices and private citizens.  We will need to know approximately how much material will be collected for disposal and also the type of material.  Please call our office at (505) 990-3732 to schedule your pick up.  If the load qualifies, there will be no charge for the truck and driver.
 
7.  What do you do with the TVs?
 
It depends on the TV.  Newer TVs are sometimes repaired and resold.  Older, non-working TVs are disassembled and the glass is processed separately according to EPA guidelines.  The glass and cones are transported out-of-state to a lead smelter for processing according to EPA environmental regulations.    
 
9. Do you generate any hazardous waste?
 
No, we process all our materials in compliance with all regulations set by EPA, OSHA and New Mexico Environmental Department.
